I had a noon international flight from Delhi and came in late the night before on a domestic flight... all into T3. I booked a room in the domestic wing of this hotel - and this entire experience was honestly one of the best I'have visit in india ever. The info desk helped me find the reception desk for the hotel (very easy to find) and the staff immediately confirmed my reservation and escorted me to the hotel.

Be aware of this hotel. I booked a night at the hotel and I turned up at Delhi Airport and they would not let me stay because I was not flying from Terminal 3. On the website they do not make this clear. They sell a domestic wing and international wing. They even offer excursions. However, what they do not make clear is that you must be flying from Terminal 3 in order to stay. What made matters worse is they treat you like a criminal and offer no solutions. I was turned out into the streets like a common criminal. I travel all over the world every year and I have never come across such a bad service in my life. I now would book holiday inn as a last resort after being treated so badly by themselves and AGODA who I booked through. If you can avoid staying - Do it

This is the only hotel located on the airside in DEL airport, and it's your only option to have a bed during a long overnight layover. The hotel was pricey, so we opted for a points option. Many people mention that it is difficult to find the hotel, which we found very easy. But that's pretty much all good that I can say about this property. We were assigned a room with a window towards the inside of the airport, and on top of not having natural light, the window was very dirty. The room itself was tiny. But the bed was comfy and that's all we needed for the night :)

I only experienced the rooms, which were very comfortable. The reason for a 3* rating was the difficulty of access. Essential to note that access from Airside is sometimes not possible as the "Transfers" route before immigration is not open 24/7. Also essential to note that a self printed or app boarding card is NOT acceptable. Must be printed at a check-in counter.

Stayed for 4 hours as our flight arrived at 5am and as we'd been on a night flight from Europe, we really needed some sleep before our connecting flight. As many have pointed out, accessing the hotel is a bit of a challenge. But once you do, the staff guide you through the necessary steps and are all very friendly. The room was decent enough for our stay, nothing special, but quiet and a comfy bed. It's worth checking out their hourly rate if you need less than 12 hours as its cheaper than the full night rate. Overall, you pay for the location which can't be beat.
